    Upon delivery, materials are inspected for compliance<\/mark><\/strong>. Batches are identified to ensure full traceability<\/mark><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The receiving area is equipped with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • 1 loading dock for heavy trucks<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • 2 docks for light vehicles<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Handling equipment, including a winch to mechanize unloading operations and improve working conditions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

      Cutting and Thermoforming<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      The cutting plan is designed to reduce material consumption and minimize waste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Once the materials have been received, inspected, and identified for traceability, we begin the cutting process.
      For single items and small production runs, we use a digital cutting machine<\/mark><\/strong>. For larger volumes, a press and cutting dies <\/mark><\/strong>are used on stacks of 10 to 20 layers of material, according to the cutting plan defined by our design office, always with the aim of minimizing offcuts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      We collect the offcuts<\/mark><\/strong>, shred them, and send them back to our suppliers so they can be reintegrated into their production processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The Outils Oc\u00e9ans storage concept is built around a semi-rigid shape-memory frame<\/mark><\/strong>, which is formed using a thermoforming process<\/mark><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>

      HF and Ultrasonic Welding<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      The cutting workshop includes high-frequency (HF) and ultrasonic (US) welding stations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      HF welding is used on PVC materials, particularly for the creation of windows<\/mark><\/strong> or portholes, and for applying logos<\/mark><\/strong> to products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Ultrasonic welding is used on felt, notably for the production of semi-finished goods for industrial applications \u2014 for example, air filters for the automotive sector.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

      \n

      Confection<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      In the sewing workshop, all sewing machine operators are multi-skilled<\/mark><\/strong>. They are capable of carrying out every assembly step involved in a product\u2019s construction.
      This versatility makes their work more varied and engagin<\/mark><\/strong>g, and it also facilitates the scheduling of production orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The machines, however, are specialized by task. Our equipment includes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      • Dedicated sewing lines, such as those used for preparing zippers on flatbed machines ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Sewing automats for repetitive flat operations like applying windows, handles, straps, or anchoring points ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • \u201cPost-bed\u201d (cylinder arm) machines, which enable the transformation of 2D products into 3D assemblies ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Binding machines for final edge finishing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        At the end of the production line, we have a dedicated set of machines for fitting accessories <\/mark><\/strong>such as rivets, eyelets, safety locks, and snap fasteners.<\/p>\n<\/div>

        Quality Control and Packaging<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        At the end of the production process, each product undergoes a visual quality check<\/mark><\/strong> along with final finishing operations<\/mark><\/strong> such as heat-setting or turning products inside out, trimming thread ends, and testing fasteners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Quality control and packaging are carried out directly by the sewing machine operators themselves.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
