Outils Océans was founded in 1987 by Vianney ANCELLIN, a former offshore racer, to meet the need for a “sailor’s toolbox”. That’s how the first Outils Océans pouches began to travel the world, carried by renowned sailors.

Born from offshore racing experience, Outils Océans equipment is built to follow you everywhere — and for the long haul!

All of our nautical equipment under the Outils Océans brand is proudly manufactured in France at our own production facility, located in La Forêt-Fouesnant (Finistère), between Quimper and Concarneau.
