They effectively protect delicate hull paint and graphics from abrasion.

When Should You Use the PB405520 Fender?
Usage guidelines
Fenders and bumpers should preferably be secured to the base of the stanchions, the bulwark rail or the side cleats…
Adjust the fenders to cover the hull freeboard as fully as possible.
A regular cleaning with soapy water (avoid harsh chemicals) is recommended to prevent marks on the hull.
Fenders can be positioned:
• Vertically — standard use
• Horizontally — to protect a larger surface area or to prevent them from riding up with wave action or backwash

Its elongated mounting holes on the rigid slat allow for easy installation on all types of docks.
The 3-piece flat fender
This Flat Fender, Made of Three Interconnected Panels, was specifically designed to meet the needs of rigid inflatable boats (RIBs).
Its clever design also makes it suitable for a wide variety of applications, including use as a corner fender or bow protection.

Protecting mooring lines
To ensure effective chafe protection, a layer of EVA foam lining is sewn inside the double-sided PVC-coated polyester fabric.
Once properly wrapped and secured with Velcro strips along the entire length, the protector stays firmly in place — even under tension.
