Catherine has been expertly managing the numbers at Outils Océans since 2009. She never loses sight of the human side, as she also oversees social and HR management within the company.

Backed by over 25 years of experience in the commercial sector, Christelle made a successful career shift in 2020, transitioning into administrative work. She now serves as Customer Billing Assistant at Outils Océans, working one day a week through a shared-time arrangement with Cornoualia.

With 25 years of experience in a major corporation, Marie-Claude chose to join a human-scale company that reflects her values. That’s how she became part of the Outils Océans crew, where she thrives both professionally and personally.
A true conductor in her day-to-day role, she skillfully and enthusiastically balances administrative and sales support responsibilities. Her sense of organization, kindness, and contagious good mood make her a cornerstone of the team.

After gaining experience in a large corporation, Fabien chose to join the world of SMEs — and above all, Outils Océans — in 2005. As an engineer, he successfully balances methodological rigor with creativity. Valued by his teams for his collaborative leadership style, he is equally appreciated by clients for his determination to turn their innovative projects into real successes.

Marine joined Outils Océans in 1999 as Executive Assistant. At the time, wearing multiple hats was essential — handling administrative tasks, purchasing, and sales. She quickly became the company’s very first Mail & Logistics sales representative and now leads the department.

Tristan joined the Outils Océans sales team in 2002 to support the development of the Mail & Logistics department. As the company and sales team grew — along with his appetite for taking on more responsibility — he was appointed Sales Director in 2007, overseeing all four of the company’s departments (newly created position).

In 2012, alongside two business partners, he took over the company’s leadership with the ambition to drive its commercial, technical, and HR development. He also oversees strategic consulting projects, including digitization and ECM (Electronic Content Management), traceability solutions, and the integration of technologies into our products and services.

A true multi-skilled professional, Charly brings a wealth of experience in the marine industry. As a professional skipper, racer, coach, nautical journalist, and former commercial director for boat manufacturers, he knows the sector inside out. He’s also highly familiar with Outils Océans products — he has sailed with them himself.

Christelle has been immersed in the textile industry from the very beginning, and later became an expert in mail solutions before joining us in 2008. Known for her professionalism, she also excels at building strong, lasting relationships with clients.

With 24 years of experience in a multinational transport company, Laurent has joined our team to support the growth of our Mail & Logistics department in the Southeast region. Based in Lyon, he is driven by the opportunity to bring his expertise to a human-scale company rooted in Brittany.

Originally from Champagne and now a proud Breton by adoption, Lisa joined the Outils Océans crew in early 2021, driven by her passion for marketing and communication. Enthusiastic about leading diverse projects within a human-scale organization, she thrives on combining both digital and traditional communication strategies. Lisa finds fulfillment in the variety of worlds that Outils Océans allows her to explore.

After several years in Paris and abroad managing key accounts in the international transport sector, Morgan answered the call of the sea and returned to his native region. He joined the Outils Océans team in 2017 within the Professional Storage Solutions department.

A former boat captain, Nicolas sailed around the globe before dropping anchor in Brittany. He joined us in 2016 after completing additional training at the INB (Nautical Institute of Brittany) in Concarneau.

Tristan joined the Outils Océans sales team in 2002 to support the development of the Mail & Logistics department. Christelle joined Outils Océans as an industrial sewing machine operator and is a great example of professional growth. Step by step, she climbed the ladder — from working on prototypes to taking on her current role as Workshop Coordinator.

With a strong background in plastic and mechanical design, Erwan joined our design office in 2014. He brings your projects to life in 2D and 3D — as if you were already there. But creating the vision isn’t enough for him : he also manages supplier relations and oversees on-site installations with clients.

Franck is to Outils Océans what the Leatherman® is to sailors. In-house, he maintains our machinery and adapts workstations. On-site, he ensures smooth installations and handles after-sales service with precision.*

Isabelle has been with us since day one, witnessing the company’s journey and growth. In just under 30 years, she has evolved from working with cardboard templates to mastering CAD design — all while maintaining her deep expertise in manufacturing.

Driven by service and client satisfaction, and backed by extensive experience in large-scale project management, Jonathan leads the deployment of our electronic document, process, and content management solutions with a strong focus on quality.
With a background in insurance brokerage and a career that has taken him through large corporations as well as independent work, Jonathan made the deliberate choice to return to the world of SMEs — and to Outils Océans.
He brings with him valuable skills and experience to build relationships based on trust and collaboration, ensuring the success of your projects.

Originally from Paris and now a proud Breton by adoption, Ludovic discovered his passion for IT at a young age. This steadfast enthusiast joined the Outils Océans crew in 2020 as an Application Support & Configuration Technician. You’ll likely cross paths with him when navigating the Outils Océans software environment.
