Marine

Whether you are a yachtsman, marine industry professional, offshore racer, boatbuilder or dealer, storage, protection, comfort and safety on board are at the heart of your concerns.

We share with you the common goals that drive us every day :

  • Optimize on-board storage
  • Ensure the protection of your boat, equipment, and crew
  • Enhance comfort on board
  • Sail safely

More than just accessories, our textile and semi-rigid equipment actively contribute to achieving these goals.
Outils Océans was founded in 1987 by Vianney ANCELLIN, a former offshore racer, to meet the need for a “sailor’s toolbox”. That’s how the first Outils Océans pouches began to travel the world, carried by renowned sailors.

Born from offshore racing experience, Outils Océans equipment is built to follow you everywhere — and for the long haul!
The ocean is a vast, not always welcoming environment, but one that opens the mind. It shapes the character of those who dare to cross it, developing their discipline, endurance, and ingenuity.
Outils Océans embraces this legacy to create robust, smart products.

Our core business is the design, development, and manufacturing of textile and semi-rigid equipment for storing, transporting, and protecting all types of items and documents.
Innovation is the driving force behind Outils Océans’ growth.

We constantly push boundaries to deliver maximum functionality, quality, and durability — using minimal materials, energy, and weight.
We regularly integrate new materials and design new products, which we test under extreme conditions before making them available to boatbuilders and boaters. Some of our creations are protected by design registrations.

We are fully committed to the values of sustainable development and corporate social responsibility, from product design to end-of-life processing.
Our greatest pride lies in the long-standing relationships of trust we build and maintain with our customers.
You can count on the dedication of our crew — over 30 team members — to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Our technical sales representatives — true industry experts — assess your needs based on your experience as a sailor, boatbuilder, chandlery, recreational boater, or marina operator.

Our design office works hand in hand with you and the sales team to finalize the specifications.

We then design and manufacture innovative, scalable products to :

  • Organize outdoor storage
  • Organize indoor storage
  • Protect equipment
  • Protect people
  • Climb the mast
  • Provide custom-made solutions

Our solutions are used in competitive sailing, leisure sailing, powerboating, fishing, and a wide range of other outdoor activities.

All of our nautical equipment under the Outils Océans brand is proudly manufactured in France at our own production facility, located in La Forêt-Fouesnant (Finistère), between Quimper and Concarneau.
