Handling Trolleys
The simplest L-shaped handling trolleys for your parcels are available in 4 versions, offering a choice of dimensions and configurations:
- Foldable backrest (ref. 4211)
- Upper wire shelf, foldable (ref. 5231)
- For handling your pouches and shuttle bags, cage trolleys are the most suitable. The multiservice cage trolley (ref. 6246) is the entry-level version, fully enclosed on 4 sides.
- Two additional models with a half-drop front panel complete the range, with load capacities of 300 kg or 500 kg (ref. 5856 or 5857).
- To reduce strain and avoid awkward postures, choose the self-levelling bottom trolley (ref. 3292), also available for postal trays on request.
- For mixed handling of parcels and containers, the hand trucks (ref. 1736 and 6326) and the modular multi-purpose trolley (ref. 6776) are your best allies. If you need to go on a delivery round with your trolley, the hand trucks are foldable and equipped with a double fold-down shelf. If you want to use the same trolley for both parcel handling and mail delivery, the modular multi-purpose trolley adapts instantly. This way, you can use the same trolley for different tasks at different times of the day.
Trolleys
For use with trays, the wheeled base (ref. 5374) or the individual tray support trolley (ref. 1823, 3914 or 3915) is a first step towards the prevention of MSDs (musculoskeletal disorders).
These solutions are available for different tray models (European standard or postal standard), with a variant for two inclined postal trays. To go further, constant-level trolleys are recommended by ergonomists and occupational health specialists for transferring items from one sorting station to another, or for positioning alongside a workstation to facilitate feeding operations.
Mail and Parcel Distribution & Collection
For your mail distribution and collection needs, the basket trolley range is extensive, covering every requirement. The compact 2-basket distribution trolley is available in two models:
- Ref. 6328 with two large rear wheels
- Ref. 6329 with star-shaped rear wheels for obstacle crossing
Optional protective covers can be added to the baskets for weather protection. Prefer lidded trays? They can easily be positioned in place of the baskets.
When mail volumes are high or your delivery rounds include numerous drop-off points, the high-capacity distribution and collection trolley is the ideal solution.
The standard version (ref. 3809) comes equipped with two large baskets (one lower and one upper) and a rear basket.
To facilitate the collection of pre-sorted mail, two variants are available:
- Ref. 5850: with one shelf
- Ref. 5851: with two shelves and collection trays
The single-shelf version can also accommodate parcels in the lower section.
For time savings and optimal round organization, shuttle bags allow you to carry out direct sorting. At the end of sorting, they close with a single gesture and can be stored vertically in basket trolleys in the order of the delivery route. An index clearly displays the service label. At the mail point, the previously delivered shuttle bag is used as a collector for outgoing mail, while the shuttle bag containing incoming mail is delivered — a simple bag exchange system.
As an alternative, robust suspended file kits can be custom-made. If you need to distribute and collect documents or letters without containers, the 3-basket trolley is both compact and offers a large loading volume of 96 liters. Like the compact 2-basket trolley, it is available either with two rear wheels (ref. 3526) or with six star-shaped rear wheels for obstacle crossing such as curbs or steps (ref. 6333).
For outdoor use, your trolley can be fitted with a durable, waterproof cover.
• Despite all these options, still can’t find the trolley that meets all your criteria? The modular multi-purpose trolley is your solution. By default, it is an L-shaped handling trolley with a non-slip platform. Add an upper basket and it becomes a mail distribution and collection trolley (ref. 6777). And that’s not all — it can also be equipped with a lower basket (ref. 6778).

The design has been carefully thought out for optimal service:
- Sliding label holder: indicates the addressing direction
- Sealing eyelet: ensures security using a numbered pull-tight seal with starter tab (model shown ref. SP01N)
- Flat storage: flexible gussets allow the bag to fold flat or adjust its volume to the contents (except models with rigid bottom)
The carrying system has been designed to simplify and relieve operators’ work when crossing obstacles, moving through corridors or streets, or unloading vehicles:

Postal bags are tailored to your needs and specifications: flat bottom, square bottom, semi-rigid sliding bottom, carrying handles, sealing eyelets…
They are manufactured from highly durable materials adapted to transport constraints: PVC-coated polyamide (one side), PVC-coated polyester (two sides), or polypropylene.
Franking
Whether for pre-sorting before franking or for organizing mail after franking, the inclined postal tray support trolleys are perfectly suited. They are available in different capacities, with 6 or 9 postal trays arranged over 3 levels (ref. 6334, 6335).
For intensive use and frequent moves, the Model 5853 features a centralized braking system and an extra-robust frame.
If you want to use your trolleys for both postal trays and European standard trays, the Model 5441 can accommodate 9 postal trays or 6 Euro trays, and even 12 postal trays with the additional shelf (ref. 5442).
