Secure and track
Securing Containers
Do you transport mail or valuable documents? Do you want to prevent theft, loss, or damage? It is essential to secure the closure of your containers. To choose the right seal, it is important to consider the following criteria:
- Ease of use
- Strength during transport
- Reliability
- Cost-effectiveness
- Traceability
- Identification…
We have selected a range of security systems best suited to your needs and to the requirements of your carriers.
- For postal bags, cash bags, or any other tubular bag, the SLC reference is perfectly adapted. Its 38.5 cm length is compatible with all tubular bags. It features a smooth stem to protect users’ hands, a graduated design to prevent fraudulent tampering, and a metal insert for added security. Equipped with a starter tab for easy opening without tools, it also extends the lifespan of your bags.

- For zipper pouches equipped with eyelets, we recommend the SP01N reference. It features a notched stem, a plastic insert, and incremental numbering for security. Also equipped with a starter tab for easy opening without tools, it extends the lifespan of your pouches and shuttle bags.

- For even greater speed and to reduce consumable costs, we have selected the SRV push-fit security seal, patented by our partner Versapak. This security system is specially designed for the zippers of your pouches and shuttle bags. It consists of a chamber, fixed to the bag, and a consumable seal. Simple and quick to use, it is applied with thumb pressure, just like a push pin. This seal can be customized with your company name or logo and can include incremental numbering and a barcode.

Time savings and cost reductions await you with this system.
Improvements since 2022 with the SRVT2 seals:
- Enhanced security: Adopt the SRVT2 with its two lugs — the seal’s grip on its security block is reinforced to maintain locking even in the event of impact.
- Increased durability: The design of the security block makes it even more resistant and allows the use of wider zippers.
- Environmental and operator protection: Made from recycled material, the SRVT2 seal is also recyclable. Thanks to an antibacterial additive, it eliminates 99.5% of bacteria within 2 hours.
- A unique model for all uses: With an enlarged printing surface, the SRVT2 quick security seal provides excellent readability for numbering, barcodes, QR codes, and logos.

Traç@flux Traceability Solution
A missed delivery deadline or a misplaced item can have serious financial and/or legal consequences. Do you need to track sensitive items as well as round-trip containers such as shuttle bags, and be alerted to anomalies? Do you want to receive a daily report? Discover Traç@flux, the SaaS solution for the traceability of physical mail and logistics flows.
Official website: https://www.tracaflux.com/
The mail and logistics service is a key hub of communication for a company or public organization. It is often part of the quality and certification initiatives implemented throughout the structure. Yet, the stakeholders involved in the logistics chain face difficulties in meeting their service and reporting obligations: hard-to-trace undelivered items, missing or unreliable information, lack of analysis and alert mechanisms, user complaints, and a transfer of responsibility that is difficult to formalize.
That’s why Outils Océans has developed Traç@flux, a traceability solution that covers:
- All locations: dock, secure entry, reception desk, sorting room, carrier pick-up point, platform, transfer point, delivery point (mail point, locker)
- All items: shuttle bags, pouches, trays, sensitive mail, parcels, flyers…
- All flows: intra-site, inter-site, incoming flows, outgoing flows
- All operations: identification, recording, reception, consolidation, dispatch, pick-up, transfer, deconsolidation, delivery, collection, proof of deposit, and acknowledgment of receipt of registered mail…
- All stakeholders: mail and logistics staff, facility management providers, carriers, digitization service providers, check processing centers, payment card providers, franking providers (mass-mailing), and any other service providers/suppliers…

Traç@flux: Complete Traceability Solution
Traç@flux is a comprehensive hardware and software solution, scalable and accessible for both single-site and multi-site clients. The data collected is reliable, transparent, and accessible in real time. Traç@flux is a secure and autonomous solution:
- Data hosting on a secure cloud, independent of the client’s IT system and its providers.
- Information available to all authorized personnel.
- Management of 2 primary access levels: Owner and Operator, and 4 secondary levels: administrators, supervisors, mailroom users, and occupant users.
Hardware adapted to usage conditions:
- Online workstation accessible via an internet-connected computer and a browser of your choice.
- Fixed RFID station equipped with the Traçabox plug & play solution for quick reception and dispatch of pouches and shuttle bags. Only internet access (yours or a supplied 4G router) and a browser are required.
- Rugged handheld terminal for rounds, integrating a camera and a dual 1D/2D barcode reader and RFID read-write system.
- RFID tunnel stations for dynamic reading of pouches and shuttle bags as well as for controlling the dispatch of flows.
The user interface is identical on both mobile and fixed devices and is simple: 8 operating modes cover all logistics cycle needs. GPRS connectivity to the cloud from all terminals (fixed or mobile) simplifies installation and makes the solution independent from your IT infrastructure. Access to the terminals is secured by RFID badges, which identify users and their access rights.
The Traç@flux cloud offers an ergonomic consultation interface for fast responses to help desk requests: search filters, printing, extraction, detailed object cycle view, photo and signature image display. Anomalies are quickly highlighted, and supervisors can enter comments to record causes and corrective actions.
Reporting features: Managers have access to a dashboard to instantly view monthly flows. They receive a daily email with statistics reports and have the option of a detailed view of activity and anomalies. At any time, new reports can be generated from customized data extractions.
Three identification methods available:
- Barcode: Ideal for identifying single-use containers. Barcodes allow quick scanning of all types of flows: envelopes, cartons, etc. They encode a small amount of information and are read by a 1D or 2D scanner.
- RFID chip: Ideal for securely identifying reusable containers and locations. The RFID system allows high-volume scanning in a single gesture. The chip can also store additional data. RFID enables identification at close range with handheld terminals or in motion with tunnel stations. Reading is reliable and fast, increasing productivity.
- QR code: Suitable for both single-use and reusable containers. QR codes make information accessible via any smartphone, can encode larger amounts of information, and are quickly read by 2D scanners.
Advantages of Traç@flux:
- Reliable collection and restitution of data (multi-stakeholder access management, RFID identification of reusable containers, checkpoints, and users)
- Optimized processing time (use of existing barcodes, carrier assignment, automatic RFID reading…)
- Rapid or even immediate information restitution (GPRS connection and cloud query via secure web interface for authorized users)
- Adaptability to all volumes and organizational types (multi-flow, multi-object, barcode/QR/RFID versatility)
- Full system and flow control (supervision)
- Budget adaptation (service contracts tailored to usage, equipment provided, user profiles, transaction volumes, maintenance, service continuity)
- Scalability (new sites, equipment, operators…)
- Complete service and support offering
A solution adaptable to your sector: banking, insurance, transport, public authorities, corporate headquarters, industry…
