EMERGENCY LADDER SERVICE - MAGIC-REBOARD®

The service of your Magic-Reboard® includes:

Condition Inspection (checking for abrasion, wear, and UV exposure):

Structural components (webbing, rungs)

Assembly stitching

Attachment points

Tensile Testing at the cow hitch (head) connection

Refurbishment or Replacement of components where necessary

In the event that a repair is not possible or the manufacturer's warranty cannot be maintained: the product will be returned to you or dismantled/recycled according to the instructions provided on your return form.

Please arrange delivery of your ladder to our workshop, accompanied by the completed return form available for download below.

Return shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your ladder model (9 or 11 rungs).
